Delivery

At Moah.co.uk, we aim to send all orders made before 2pm out on the same day they are placed, depending upon current stock levels. Any orders placed after 2pm will be sent out on the next working day. If there is a delay to your order for any reason, we will let you know.

Mainland UK Delivery Options

We offer 3 different delivery options using either Royal Mail or Parcel Force (depending on the option chosen). All delivery estimates are based on standard working days (Mon-Fri) and are as follows:

Standard: (3-5 days) - £3.50
Recorded: (48 hours) - £5.00
Next Day: (Next working day) - £6.00

All orders will require a signature, so please ensure that someone will be at your delivery address to sign for the goods.

Returns Policy

At Moah, we aim to provide the best quality products we can and are confident that they will perform well and meet your needs. If, however, you change your mind, have bought the wrong size, or don’t want the product for any other reason, please let us know within 14 days by emailing: support@moah.co.uk, or call 07748 028510.

If you do need to return or exchange an item, please let us know first, and then return the item(s) in question to the returns address below. Please also clearly indicate whether you would like a refund or to exchange the product, what size and colour you need if appropriate and provide all of your personal details so we can easily contact you and send out any new / replacement goods.

Please note that Moah can only refund the cost of the item returned and not any of the postage costs incurred.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If an item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days by emailing: support@moah.co.uk or calling 07748 028510. If you find a fault with any Moah product after 14 days that is not caused by abnormal treatment or inapproriate use, please let us know at the above contact details for further advice.

If an item is damaged or faulty, we will exchange it for a new product upon receipt of the original, faulty or damaged item and following an inspection. We will cover postage charges of up to £10 for any items deemed faulty or damaged by us.

Please Note: Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for returning any faulty, damaged or unwanted goods to us within 14 days in order to qualify for a refund, exchange or replacement. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging and packed carefully so that they are not damaged in the post.

Please send all returns using a recorded delivery service or ensure that you have proof of purchase.

Payment Options

At moah.co.uk we can accept the following payment options: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Electron, Solo, Switch, JCB, amongst others. Full payment options will be displayed on the checkout page of the shopping cart.

In order to allow our customers to shop with confidence and to offer the highest level of security, we have chosen Worldpay as our secure payment processing system. Part of the Royal Bank of Scotland, Worldpay is now the market-leading payment service provider and is the payment processing system of choice for many customers and businesses worldwide.

How secure is WorldPay?

WorldPay uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you and your shopper are protected against what is nowadays a virtually non-existent risk. Our systems also have inbuilt system redundancy and fault tolerance, to provide you with a virtually uninterrupted service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our systems have evolved over many years and throughout our history we have continuously sought and gained bank approval for our systems.

Are my card details protected when I enter t hem into the browser at home or work?

Yes, by using industry standard SSL, Thawte and WorldPay's unique encryption system, all the card details are encrypted before they reach the WorldPay system. What happens is when a shopper fills in the payment form and clicks the 'Submit' button, their details are not sent straight-away. Instead a secure link is set up between the shopper's browser and WorldPay producing a private/public encryption code which then wraps the transaction details before leaving the shopper's premises.

Privacy Policy

Moah recognizes and respects your right to privacy and as such, we will treat all personal details and information as private and confidential and will not rent or sell your personal details or disclose them to any third parties unless required by UK law. We believe in upholding your privacy and are committed to protecting the sensitive information of all of our valued customers. We hate spam as much as you!

Our privacy policy applies to all personal information received, via email enquiries, online purchases, marketing list and all newsletter subscriptions. Our newsletter subscription is based on an opt-in basis and you can unsubscribe at any time (support@moah.co.uk).

Security Information

At Moah we want you to be able to shop with confidence and have taken every possible measure to ensure that your transaction and confidential details are protected to the highest level.

Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality, an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is strongly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.

The WorldPay payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Furthermore, our public web servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority, ensuring that both the shopper and retailer can have confidence that nobody can impersonate WorldPay to obtain confidential information.

Transaction Encryption

When you make a purchase online at moah.co.uk, your card details are separated from the rest of your information and encrypted with SSL encryptions technology and passed straight to Worldpay’s secure server. This means that your details are tamper-proof and protected all the way through the transaction process.

Moah staff / representatives will never have access to your card details at any time.

Security for the Shopper

Any communication between the shopper and WorldPay is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper's browser using 128 Bit SSL. Shoppers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers. The card issuers provide the right for shopper to dispute a transaction if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.

Data Storage

Data storage on WorldPay systems, and the communication between WorldPay and the worldwide banking networks, is regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure a secure transaction environment. We also ensure that we stay up-to-date with the latest versions of any third-party code we use, and continually review our own proprietary code.
